Hyde bank farm, Cheshire was the scene for this beatuiful weddng and the result was the dancefloor was never empty all night. I have played here at Hyde Bank Farm many times and always had a great night, good crowds etc so I thought I’d better post about the latest wedding here from March ’23
First Dance Hyde Bank Farm
This wasa first time for me playing this song let alone as a first dance, but your wish is my command. Quando, Quando, Quando – Englebert Humperdink . Danielle & James started off the dance, then they invited their guests to join in and it went down a storm. Everyone grabbing their partners and joining in with the fun. Great moment!
Party Time at Hyde Bank Farm
I was supplied an extensive and varied playlist by the happy couple, consisting of music from the sixties through to the charts with a variety of different genres in there as well. I definatly had my work cut out for me. But when people are dancing to the background music you know you got a good crowd in front you, and they didn’t dissapoint.
From the disco to motown to eighties the dancefloor was never empty. Dance, Urban & Indie same again, floor full, hands in the air lots of singing out loud till throats where sore! Some of the songs I played included Brown eyed girl , Hang on in there baby , Tainted Love , Shackles , Are you gonna be my girl , This Girl and Rule the world toward the end.
Finale at Hyde Bank Farm
Unfortunately all godd things must come to an end and it was with great reluctance that this night had to do so as well. They had a must play of Rule the world – Take That which I saved for towards the end, but then they had asked for the father of the bride to sing the penultimate song Angels – Robbie Williams which he did to great effect. By then end he didn’t need the mic as absolutely everyone was singling along at the top of their voices. This was followed by another anthem off their request to finish the evening. Don’t look back in anger – Oasis – Cue more singing into each others faces, with the bride and groom in the center of all the love and mayhem.
