Christies Bistro Wedding

This is one the great things I love about my job, going to different venues and Christies Bistro is one of those different venues. Situated in a Library in Manchester University with a glass elevator in the middle of the room, it really is a different to the norm.

And on this occasion I was playing a 1st dance song and last dance song I have never played before.

1st Dance

The 1st dance was You got the love – Florence and the Machine, great tune and we had the guests joining in around half way through to make sure we got the party rocking from the start.

And along with some great tunes pre-requested via the on-line planner, some great requests on the night and some from me thrown in for good measure, we had an absolute blast.

Last Dance

The last song of the night as mentioned was a new one for me to play for this particular part of the night. Carly Simon – No one does it better,  from James Bond – The Spy Who Loved Me. Everyone joined in singing at the top of their heads, with a lot of love for the Bride and groom.
