Mottram Hall Wedding DJ
I was only booked 8 days before the wedding day for this Mottram Hall Wedding. The Bride & Groom having been let down last minute by another DJ. But this is the beauty of my online planner. Once it’s set-up, you input all your favorite tunes, must haves and do not plays. And in no time at all I can have your perosnal playlist of your essential party favorites.
1st Dance
The 1st Dance was Adel – Make you Feel My Love. They had this as their song and danced to it all on their own. There was no Father Daughter dance so they went straight from the first dance in the party dancing music.
Party Time
The playlist wasn’t too extensive mainly consisting a chart music with some party classics thrown in from the Sixties & Eighties. Also I had to squeeze in some Smiths so I played There Is a Light That Never Goes Out which was greeted with a double thumbs up.
The Finale
Unfortunately unbeknownst to me (the negative of not having a pre-wedding consultation) there was a coach arranged to pick everyone up at 9:30. So everyone left at the same time with the exception of the bride & groom so they were left with 3 of their friends. So I played their songs of the playlist, for around 20/30 minutes before the left as well. But not before they had come over and told me how much they had enjoyed the night, and the music I played for them. And even thou there wasn’t any big anthem for everyone to get up to finish the night, I still finished with their song of choice which was You’ll never walk alone – Gerry & The Pacemakers.
