Samlesbury Hall Wedding – Sorry it’s a bit late but here is the second Wedding of 2 I did the other week. The 1st one (Stockport Town Hall) was to show a playlist of 100, this one for for a playlist of 12.

Samlesbury Hall Wedding Playlist
As already mentioned about this Samlesbury Hall Wedding playlist, on this occasion it was a short one and no special songs. No cake cutting song, no first dance, no father daughter no specific last dance, and only 12 songs requested. The complete opposite of last weeks wedding. But you know what, we had a great time, absolute blast. Why? because it’s what the bride and groom wanted. I took requests on the night, I played more of what was asked adding my only personal tunes that I knew would rock the floor and we did. Even had the best part of an hour of Old Skool Trance from just gone 9. Because that’s what the Bride wanted.
The First Dance…

Well as already mentioned for this Samlesbury Hall Wedding , the was no official first dance, so after turning up and starting playing background at 7, I just waited until I was told to proceed. But it didn’t take me long to realise they just wanted to party. That’s pretty much everyone. So we kicked of with some chart tunes, getting some of them warmed up for the party times ahead.
Party Time

So we started around 8pm with some chart and up to date tunes, and we finished at 1am with some more chart tubes. But in-between we pretty much covered a bit of everything including some Sixties, Disco, Eighties, Nineties, old Skool Dance & Trance, Motown. Pretty much a bit of everything to please everyone, and then some. And they Danced! Definitely a party crowd, even had some on chairs, and lifting the groom around the room.
And Finally
So with everyone had a great time on both weddings ( Samlesbury Hall Wedding & Stockport Town Hall Wedding) one with an a extensive playlist the other with a very minimal one, when I say I don’t mind, I mean it. It about you and your guests and your music. You tell me you want lots of dedications, requests and guidance then fine. I’m also fine with a couple of songs and playing it by ear on the night.
