The 1st Wedding of 2017 and I was back at the fabulous On The 7th in the heart of Media City, Salford. I was there for Sophie & Kyle, and to assist with partying part of the day. And after we had our pre-booking meeting I knew we going to have a good night.
Cake Cutting
Love Lights the way
Things had over run a little. So pretty much as soon as I had set-up and the room had been turned around by the venue, we went straight into Party mode. Getting everyone in for cake cutting to capture the traditional slicing of cake. This was to sounds of Sixpence None The Ritcher & Kiss Me as was the request. Then on to the 1st Dance.
First Dance
First Dance at On The 7th
Kicking of the night we had a new 1st dance song for me. But after listening too, before the day, I really loved it. The Courteeners & Take Over The World . I can see myself playing this one again. The happy couple started of the song and we soon got everyone else joining in.
Party Time

The playlist they supplied wasn’t an extensive list but a varied one. With a round 30 songs, and a variety of songs and genres, I knew it would be enough to give them what they wanted. With taking requests on the night and filling in with a few of my own, I knew it was going to be a good ‘un.

Suffice to say A good time was had by all, with both Sophie & Kyle attacking the dance floor throughout the night. A big thank you to you both for trusting me with your music and being such lovely easy people to work for. And please thank your guests for being such enthusiastic participants at a time of the year when most people are all partied out. Your guys just kept coming back for more. All the best to you both for the future.
