Forrest Hills Wedding DJ
I love turning up at venues like Forrest Hills in Lancashire, as it’s so different but so perfect at the same time. Such a unique wedding venue, lovely grounds, with lakes and views. Makes a change from the normal square room in a square building, type venue.
Your Music
I was booked to be the Wedding DJ for Harriet & Roberts wedding in May ’16. Apart from the special songs like 1st dance, Cake Cutting, last dance etc, I was only given a playlist of 10 songs. They where very much up for going with the flow, requests on taken on the night, plus my own added selection as we moved through the years and genres. After the 1st Dance ( Acoustic version of I’ll be there for you – The Rembrandts ) we proceed to play a bit of everything. As you can see from the pictures, everyone and I mean everyone had a great time. Almost everyone stayed until the end. For the last Dance, Toploader – Dancing in the Moonlight, which as mentioned, was requested by the bride & groom.
Customer Review Forrest Hills Wedding DJ
Hi David,
Thank You for being our wedding DJ! You really made the night come alive and it was great to see so many people on the dance floor, listening to some classics! Not all our friends like our restrictions on some of the music, but thank you for sticking to our wishes.
You come highly recommended by ourselves due to our fantastic experience.
We thought the online account was great, at first we were unsure on the level of detail, but now understand the reasons behind it.All the best
Robert & Harriet
Ps please feel free to post this on sites if you wish as reviews etc
So Finally
What I will say, is that even thou on this occasion the couple hadn’t given me an extensive playlist, they had put a few ‘do not play’ guidelines, which I find are just as important.
So if you have booked Forrest Hills (this completely unique Lancashire wedding venue) and would like a wedding DJ to play your music, then please get in touch. I am happy to meet for a free no hassle chat to discuss your musical preferences and desires. I really do look forward to hearing from you. 🙂
