I’ve played at a couple of weddings in the Hilton Manchester also known as Beetham Tower. Once in the main hall -The Deansgate Suite – and the other in Meeting Rooms 2,3,4. The Wedding in the Deansgate suite was before I made a habit to carrying my camera to every wedding so I don’t have any pictures, sorry. But The wedding in the Meeting rooms was later on in my DJing life, hence the following pictures….. 🙂

At this wedding at The Hilton, Deansgate, Manchester I was providing my Wedding Breakfast & Evening reception DJ Services. This meant I was there early, playing background music while drinks were being served. Then soft chilled tunes throughout the meal. I set up some wireless microphones for the speeches, but they weren’t used due to it being a small room with a low ceiling. The 1st Dance was Luther Vandross  – So Amazing which was then followed by Bracket – Yori Yori which then set us up and on our way for a great nights parting.

I was also asked to supply my uplighting service here at the Hilton Manchester. The uplighting was put on a ‘burnt orange’ which acted as a polite coloured backdrop during the afternoon meal. Then in the evening when sun went down it really made the room come alive. This then acted as a great atmospheric ambiance so no house lights where needed, due to the white walls, and low ceiling.
