Lowry Wedding DJ

The Lowry in has the truly stunning Compass room that has a near 360 degree view across the Quays. Floor to ceiling glass walls, and with it being a theatre there are some lovely lights installed overhead as standard.

I have played here on numerous occasions over the years, so I know how they operate. This is a big plus, as not only has your DJ got to you to have your usual P.A.T. and £10m P.L.I. You also need to understand that it is over a working live theatre. Which if left in inexperienced hands could cause some issues, not wishing to alarm you, just make you aware.

Customer advice – If there is a show on in the theatre in the evening the music can not go above a certain level. And with having to use the in house sound system here, I don’t have much control over the volume. After the show has finished, it gets switch to the main system and normal party levels are resumed.  I just making this as a point for you to be aware of. As you can see from the pictures, it doesn’t normally affect the evening too much, but it would be wise to check to see if there is a show in the theatre on the day of your wedding, so you can make inquires.
