Museum of Science and Industry or MSI or MOSI wedding DJ. People refer to in so many different ways but everyone agrees it’s awesome. What a completely different venue to host your wedding day. Ideal if you are into Steampunk styling and theme. Large engines one side, trains the other. It’s no surprise they call it the Power Room!!! This really is one of the unique wedding venues in the heart of Manchester.

With my online planner you can request songs, musical genres and build your playlist. You can even let guests request music online before hand as well. On this occasion the Bride & Grooms 1st Dance was The Smiths – There is a Light That Never Goes Out . They then had the guests joining in with them after the song started. We then went on to bring the house down with a load of Indie, Rock and Madchester tunes. The bride and groom where due to leave an hour before the end, but couldn’t drag themselves away and where still there at the end of the night – Does that make me a bad DJ? 😀

Power Room Uplighting

I installed a couple of Uplighting units to highlight one engine next to the dance floor area. These can be set to what ever colour you like. It really helps make a focal point once evening comes and gives the room added features. I also have festoons that would help give the power room an added something for the evening.
