St Edwards Wedding DJ
St Edwards is situated in the back streets of Lees, Oldham, and is during the week the local community centre. But during the weekends / evenings it becomes one of Oldham’s unique wedding venues. With it’s stain glass windows, beams and feature wall, it certainly makes for a beautiful setting to hold your wedding breakfast and reception.
Having been booked as The Wedding DJ for 2 weddings so far here, I thought I’d better share some pictures and experiences with you.
St Edwards Wedding 1
This occasion was my 1st first visit to this venue for a wedding, and I was asked to supply Venue Lighting (uplighting) on red, as well as the evening disco & DJ Service. As you can see everyone had a great time and room looked fab and Gothic in red.
St Edwards Wedding 2
At This wedding I was booked “All day and all of the night” . From walking down the aisle at the church through wedding breakfast and background, and then on into the night for the wedding reception. I also installed the venue lighting (up-lighting) on Green, along with wireless microphones for the speeches. It was a long day, but the guests where sooo nice, and the happy couple were just that, happy. The music was also great (of course it was) 🙂 . So time really flew by and before you knew it we were rolling round to the last dance of the night.
So if you are thinking of getting married here please do not hesitate to get in touch. I can do just lighting or just disco. Or I can play your music from start to finish on your day. Please subscribe to news letter (bottom left), as there is always new wedding blogs from venues (to give you new ideas and inspiration) to general information you may not have thought off that may help you make decisions.
Remember all booking include the free on-line wedding planner which among other things, allows you to make requests and dedications. It also provides you with a playlist facility allowing you to put your fingerprint over the music for the day.
Any questions, please do get in touch, I am really looking forward to hearing from you,
David.
