White Hart Wedding
Rachel & Simon booked me for their White Hart wedding in Lydgate, Oldham. Then recommended me to someone else (her maid of honor) who’s wedding I performed at earlier in the year, before I had even done this one. As that was a pretty awesome shin-dig at Styal Lodge, so there was a lot of pressure riding on making sure this wedding reception was as good if not better than the previous one.
First Dance

We kicked things of with The Lumineers – Ho Hey . Starting the happy couple and then inviting the guests to join half way through. Everyone got up and shared in the moment making sure the dance floor wasn’t empty. Ever again, all night!!!
Party Time

Rachel & Simon had filled in the online planner playlist builder before hand so I was already turning up with around 100 songs. So I knew roughly where the night was probably going. I threw in some Chart, Dance, Urban, Sixties, Rock ‘n’ Roll, Eighties, Party Tunes, Rock, Indie and some Pop Punk. Phew!

Bhangra Time at the White Hart
Totally unaware that we would have quite a few Bhangra lovers in the audience. Doesn’t mean I don’t have any just because I wasn’t aware. After having a little break for food, On went the Bhangra and up cam the people. We did a 4/5 song set were everyone just got a little mental – Great Fun!!!
Last Dance
Hands In the Air for the Last Song
Unfortunately the clock kept on ticking and in no time at all it was time for the Last Dance of the evening. The Bride and groom had already picked a specific tune to finish the night with, and a classic it is – Take That – Never Forget . No one was left sitting with all those left for this Sunday Wedding crammed on the dance floor.
Finally
The White Hart is such a great wedding venue and I just love getting booked here. Having performed at 3 weddings in 2015, 4 in 2016 and I have already been booked for 2 weddings for 2017 here. That’s Wedding DJ only bookings, not including lighting only. It’s just as well I have great nights every night I’m here.
