Worsley Court House Wedding
The Worsley Court House Wedding DJ & Lighting. As much as I try to arrange a meeting before booking sometimes it’s not always possible. And this was the case for this wedding at Worsley Court House. And even thou the couple had access to the online planner, there was only the first dance plus 2 other songs to play. Oh and one Do Not Play. Not that this worries me as I’m just as happy playing of a playlist or going with the flow and taking requests on night as we did here.
First Dance
Wedding DJ at Worsley Court House
The 1st Dance was a new one for me. I know the song and the artist plus I have the album (Hand Built By Robots – it’s great) . But this was the 1st time as a first dance. So as we were running behind (it snowed – a lot) we got straight into it as soon as the photographer had taken her shots. Dream Catch Me – Newton Faulkner was the song and as soon as we started people were clapping and cheering along. Everyone was invited to join in, and they did, ready to get the evening going and in full song.
Party Time

As I had pretty much free reign I started with some chart stuff while they went for the buffet (the running times were up the swanny because of the snow) . We had a few people dancing but we didn’t really kick off until after the food. Throwing in party classics and requests on the night we catered pretty much for everyone. Some of the tunes I threw out there were everything from Superstition Stevie Wonder to Low – Flo Rida to Mr. Brightside The Killers .
Last Dance
Last Dance at Worsley Court House
As mentioned no last dance had been specifically requested so we went with the flow. What it turned out to be was a AC/DC Triple play. Back in Black as one of the other 2 songs they had asked for. This went well so we just added another couple ( Thunderstruck and Highway to Hell) which was gloriously received.
